Empower Your Look: Poco Beauty's Mascara for Bold, Voluminous Lashes

I have wanted to share this Mascara with you since I first start using it. For many reasons, this has become my go-to everyday mascara.

Have you heard of Poco Beauty? If not, you are in for a real treat with this Irish brand.

Introduced to the world of Beauty in November 2023 with a goal "to Empower their customers to actively embrace what makes them uniquely beautiful and to encourage the application of quick, easy, everyday makeup." Now I don't know about you but I am HERE for easy makeup! Also stating that they "have centred their customers at the heart of every decision." WOW! I have so much to share about this beautiful brand and my love for it, but for today, let's get back to the Mascara.

I have used the Pitch Black shade of this mascara for months now and it has deservingly earned its place as my everyday mascara. The cruelty free formula is infused with jojoba oil which will help to maintain the health of your natural lashes, also ensuring that it is flexible enough to layer without clumping, and THIS for me was a game changer! I have never found a mascara that I could layer with ease without it clumping my lashes together. NEVER. Until now! Trust me, I put this bold claim to the test and layered it three times and each time it fanned my lashes out, giving ultra black definition to my eyes and long lasting volume. In saying this, I feel one coat is enough to give a beautiful, full lash effect.

I've recently been LOVING the shade Chocolate Brown, it gives the same stunning fanned out, volumized effect and the rich brown tone really compliments my blue eyes and brings them to life.

The BRUSH - I really feel the magic is in the brush - this innovative creation is two wands (magic wands!) intertwined, with a kind of 'well' in the centre that holds most of the product, allowing the perfect amount to be evenly dispensed without over saturating the lashes.

HOW I LIKE TO USE IT

I like to place the brush under my lashes as close to the root as I can get, give it a good wiggle along the lash line before rolling it up to the tip of the lashes. This gives super definition to the eyes, framing them beautifully while also adding volume and length, creating the perfect full, fanned out lash in seconds. For added umph I use the Poco Beauty Empower Eyelash Curler before applying.

The mascara easily removes with a makeup remover or cleansing balm.
